Yesterday we had several exciting packets arrive, one of them being the wool and wool batt (wool in a sheet). The wool is for a product that I have called the nest, a felt double skinned sphere for holding/storing everyday essentials like phone, keys, wallet etc.
The nests will have a dark grey exterior and a rich interior, we have opted for just two interior colours at the show, pistachio and peacock, both rich and lush.
Here is lucy doing some felting tests before making the spheres.
